Edna Harding, Messenger of Life

Edna is from Oahu, Hawaii and a proud military wife to LTC Dennis Harding of the U.S. Army and mother to two daughters Aleia (2 years old) and Anaiah (1 year old). She is an Agent of Change and a Messenger of Life. Edna’s Mission is to Empower Wholeness, Truth, and Freedom in the Marketplace by helping the Good Guys Win in their business and life.

She spends her time in the trenches partnering with individuals and organizations who are making a positive difference in the seven mountains: business, government, family, church, media, education, and arts/entertainment. Edna Harding is a result-oriented and innovative Life Coach, Trainer, Growth Strategist and a transformational Speaker with 20+ years of experience helping people learn how to adopt effective strategies for their personal development and business growth. She has also been involved in B2B Sales, management, operations, global implementation, project management, recruiting, and marketing roles in diverse fields. A Certified Maxwell Business Consultant and Executive Coach, Group Life Coach, and an accredited Master Mindset Coach, Edna has been skillfully using Biblical principles and fresh ideas to inspire and spur personal growth and development. Her main aim is to deliver tangible results for the glory of God. A holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship with a Minor in Sales and International Studies at the University of Houston and further training in areas such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Growth Mindset, and Emotional Intelligence, she uses her vast knowledge to design creative solutions for every problem that comes her way. She is also a B2B and B2E (Experience) Sales Speaker, and an eSpeakers Certified Virtual Presenter. Her goal is to ignite the power within to help people realize significant improvements in their lives.

A published author, Licensed Minister, and podcaster, Edna also mentors virtuous women and inspiring ones to equip them with special skills for tackling the challenges that life brings, including financial competency, wealth creation, and how to improve quality of life. She highlights men and women doing business and life God’s Way on her podcast, Estherpreneur, and her secrets to sales success through her book, the ‘Ugly Side of Sales’. Edna has received several awards due to her excellent services and continued commitment to helping people. She was awarded the Woman of the Year Award by the National Association for Professional Women in 2016, KHOU Local Business Coach of Choice for Houston and Chairman for the Spring Klein Chamber of Commerce in 2017, and Paul Harris Fellow Award by Rotary International in 2018. She has been featured on Biz Talk Radio, Money Matters, Up Social, Fox and Friends, Real Beauty Real Women, The Tao of Self Confidence, BIW Morning Show, Build a Legacy Podcast, and countless others. She also has served on various executive boards globally.

She served as a Business Executive Adviser for the Prison Entrepreneurship Program and a Counselor for Annual Camp Enterprise hosted by Rotary International for Juniors who are interested in Business. In addition to her background in marketing and international business, she also specializes in Leadership or Personal Growth Training, Coaching, and Consulting Services for Purpose and People-Centered Businesses and Organizations using her signature ‘Battle to Booming Programs’ based on strategies and wisdom from Bible and John Maxwell Leadership Development Programs.  Given her many years of successful coaching and training of individuals on growth strategies, Edna has emerged as the ideal partner in every individual’s journey to self-discovery. Her training and coaching aim to help people launch and grow successful businesses, and help them improve the quality of their minds, spirit, and hearts. She provides fresh hope and a new sense of purpose for those who think they have reached a breaking point or those who are making a major transition in their lives. Edna has a lasting solution for individuals who may feel they have not achieved their dreams and are living mediocre lives. She believes that God has so much for everyone that she aims to let everybody know this to start living a life full of purpose. As the messenger of life, she aims to promote healing of the body, mind, spirit, and finances; deliverance from fear, rejection, past bondage, rebellion, pride, and curses among other evils that bind people; and restoration for individuals who are in a point of transition, bringing hope, life, love, and truth. She urges people to embrace their past, enlighten their hearts, equip themselves with new techniques and perspectives, find valid sources of encouragement, and make a final decision to transform their lives.  

Edna realized that it was a lack of knowledge, understanding, and wisdom that drove businesses and people to take advantage of each other. Presenting a better way to improve your bottom line, Edna has inspired business owners, leaders, and sales professionals to follow biblical principles and, as a result, be rewarded with joy and success. Her own vision reflects this commitment: To transform the marketplace for the better one mind at a time. 

Edna was ordained through Joan Hunter Ministries in September 2017.  She has been personally mentored or gone through mentorship programs by Doug Addison, Dr. Cindy Trimm, John Paul Jackson, John Maxwell, Les Brown, Gary Keese, Pastor Tita Maya, Paul Cuny, Leray Heyne, and Minister Suzy Debayle. Her ultimate teacher is the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. She has always been hungry for the things of God, and throughout her journey the Lord has empowered her with a spirit of discernment and wisdom to rightly divide the Word and look and hear through the Spirit of Truth. Her spiritual gifts are maturing from day to day and glory to glory, but most importantly she is becoming more like her Redeemer each and every day. She is still learning and growing in her walk with Jesus Christ, and will continue to progress in her revelation knowledge of His love, glory, and power as she seeks Him with all her heart, soul, and mind. She is excited to be part of the End Time Army who is preparing the body of Christ for His glorious return.
